Plotline is a specialist service brand of Studio FLACH, operated jointly by Lucas Antonio Flach and Stephanie Alves Flach, self-employed independent professionals established in Portugal. Studio FLACH and Plotline are trade names, not separate companies or legal entities.

02. The service and its limits
Plotline offers SEO and AI-search visibility support for independent home-survey practices in England specialising in older and period homes. Services are offered for business and professional purposes.
Plotline provides marketing and website support, not building surveys or regulated surveying advice. We are not endorsed by RICS. Client surveyors remain responsible for reviewing and approving professional claims, credentials and survey-related content before publication.
Search rankings, indexing, enquiries, revenue and inclusion or citation in AI answers are not guaranteed. Search and AI systems operate independently and their results change.
03. Enquiries and agreements
Submitting a fit enquiry asks us to review your requirements and respond. It does not book a service, create a contract, charge a payment, or subscribe you to marketing.
Before work begins, the accepted written proposal and service agreement define the providers, scope, deliverables, start date, dependencies, fees, payment schedule, cancellation and notice arrangements, content ownership and other engagement terms. Website information does not replace those documents.
The Local Practice plan is described as £895 per month, with an initial three-month programme (£2,685 before any applicable tax), billed monthly, and then a monthly arrangement with 30 days’ notice. Applicable taxes, exact billing dates and currency terms are confirmed in writing for the engagement before acceptance.
04. Prices, taxes and invoices
Plotline presents its plan in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable tax depends on the customer’s business status, establishment, tax information and the rules at the invoice date. The proposal and invoice record the applicable treatment; a UK VAT charge is not assumed.
Lucas Antonio Flach and Stephanie Alves Flach are identified as providers acting under the Studio FLACH trade name in client agreements. Each client is allocated to the relevant provider for Portuguese invoicing. The invoice-receipt identifies the issuing professional by their full legal name and NIF. The written engagement confirms payment and currency-conversion arrangements.
This website does not collect payments or payment-card details. Any third-party costs or additional work require a separately agreed scope and fee.
05. Samples and intellectual property
Alder & Beam Surveying and the sample engagement are fictional examples of proposed deliverables. They are not a real client, testimonial, published campaign or evidence of achieved results. Synthetic figures are labelled; unperformed AI checks remain marked as not run.
Unless otherwise stated, original website design, text, visual identity and materials are owned by or licensed to the Studio FLACH providers. Third-party names and materials remain their owners’ property. You may share links to the public pages for reference. Reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission unless permitted by law.

We take reasonable care with the information and availability of this site, but it may contain errors or become outdated. We may update content as the service develops. Website content is general information and is not legal, tax, financial or surveying advice.
